When will my order ship?
The Distribution Center may take up to 2 to 5 business days to process your order depending on order volume and product availability date. Upgrading your shipping from ground freight expedites the shipping portion of your order only. If you need additional information regarding ship date please contact Metal Mulisha Customer Service (Hours: Monday - Thursday from 7am-4pm PST, Fridays from 7am-1pm PST) at mmorders@metalmulisha.com or 855-554-5936.

Do you ship internationally or to PO boxes?
Yes. You can see all the available countries on the shipping screen during checkout.

When ordering internationally please remember these important points:

  • – International customers are responsible for any and all fees, taxes, and duties incurred. You can obtain more information at your local customs office. All goods are shipped "FOB" our warehouse.

    FOB (Freight On Board) - An International Term of Sale that means the seller fulfills their obligation to deliver when the goods have passed over the border at the named border of the country. This means that the buyer has to bear all costs, risks to, loss of, or damage to the goods from that point. This includes the duties and taxes. The FOB terms require the seller to clear the goods for export.

  • – The “Ship To” and “Bill To” addresses must be the same on all foreign addresses.

  • – Any oversized items are not available for shipment outside of the Continental U.S. and Canada.

  • – Process time on international orders can take up to 4 additional business days.

Returns & Replacements
Need to return an item or all of your order? No worries, we have a 60-day Risk-Free/Hassle-Free Return Policy. We want every visitor to have a good shopping experience so we make it super easy to return stuff. But...if it's after 60 days...sorry, you're outa luck...so don't ask!

To return to Metal Mulisha:

Please follow these steps to help us process your return:
  1. Select the items you are returning and check the return box. Include a reason code from the shaded section in the list below.
  2. Enclose the completed return form in the original package (perforate at center section).
  3. Remove or cover any other labels and barcodes on the package.
  4. Please ship your order back using a shipper that can give you a tracking # (UPS or FedEx). If you decide to use the Post office, please send it certified mail with tracking.
Please allow 2-4 weeks to process your return and to receive your refund. If you wish to exchange product, please return the undesired item for a full refund and make a new purchase online.

What happens if I have received damaged or incorrect merchandise?
We will refund or exchange the damaged merchandise. If you receive damaged or incorrect product please follow the above return procedure.

We recommend you ship your item with a carrier that provides a tracking number as well as insurance. Metal Mulisha will not be held liable for products lost in transit. Turn around time for credits and replacements is 2-4 weeks.

Add the products you wish to buy to your cart. Click CHECKOUT and go through the 1-page checkout process. Only click CHECKOUT once. If there are errors, double check our address and security code before hitting CHECKOUT again.

When using prepaid Visa/MasterCard/AMEX gift cards, please contact the credit card company to register and associate your address with the card before using it to order.



Items left in your cart are not reserved and are subject to the available inventory at the time of checkout.

What if I do not receive my entire order?
We strive to fill every order placed as quickly as possible. However inventory is subject to change and any unavailable item will be cancelled. We do not backorder any items. We will only charge your account for product that has been shipped.
