Last weekend the Metal Mulisha team geared up and head out to the 2011 Naval Air Facility El Centro Airshow. Derek Garland, Jimmy Fitzpatrick, Wes Agee, Jimmy Hill and Dominick Cruz WEC Bantamweight Champion and first ever UFC Bantamweight titleholder teamed up with the Blue Angels and some of the pilots performing in the airshow and got in some flying time! The event was a huge turn out, full of Metal Mulisha Troops, Fans of the airshow, and the real troops that fight for our freedom everyday.

The Metal Mulisha is heading out the the 29 Palms Marine Base this Saturday, October 3 to go BIG for the troops! Sorry, but it’s not open to the public. Military personal and their families, or whoever can get on base are welcome to come out and watch Taka Higashino, Wes Agee, Ryan Hagy and Derek Garland huck the ramp-to-ramp. Show times are at 11:00am, 12:30pm and 3:00pm, with autograph signings in between shows. See ya out there!

Wow, what a day! We headed out to Camp Pendleton yesterday to hang out and ride some demos for our friends in the Marines. Ox, Taka and Fitz were going big on the ramp-to-ramp in some, at times, windy conditions. But hey, these Marines risk their lives for our country every day, so the guys still went for it. Deegan and Fluffer took turns announcing on the mic, and Twitch even made it in time to ride the last demo of the day. I can’t even remember the last time I saw Twitch ride in a demo, so that was cool to see him come out and show his support for the troops.

Between shows we all piled in trucks and drove out to the air field where they keep all the helicopters. We got to go out on the field and check out some of he latest and greatest in American Military machinery…the AH-1Z Cobra and the UH-1 Huey Helicopters. Two words to describe these things and the guys that pilot them: BAD ASS!

We can’t thank the Marines enough for showing us a little glimpse into their world, being so hospitable and letting us show them what the Metal Mulisha is all about!

The Metal Mulisha is heading out to Motorcycle Fest at the Camp Pendleton Marine Base this Thursday, May 14. Ox, Taka and Fitz will be riding both demos, and Twitch will be making an appearance and riding in the 1PM demo! The Metal Mulisha General, Brian Deegan, will also be on hand hanging out and signing some autographs.

The show is open to Military and their family, or whoever can get on base to check it out. Here are directions:

Metal Mulisha MMA madman Renato “Babalu” Sobral will be touring the So Cal military bases of Camp Pendleton Marine Base and North Island Naval Base this Sunday, June 29!

Babalu will be at the main store at Camp Pendleton for an autograph signing on Sunday at 1200 hrs, followed by an appearance at the NEX at North Island Naval Base at 1500 hrs (3:00PM).

Come out and hang with Babalu and grab a bunch of free Mulisha swag!

The Metal Mulisha has always been a huge supporter of the U.S. Military and everything they do to keep our country safe and free. A lot of our clothes have a military style to them and it’s no secret that some of the most hardcore Mulisha fans are in the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines! **and the Coast Guard! (thanks CHU). It’s a perfect fit. So, when we found out that the Marines wanted us to come out and do a show at the MCAS Miramar MCX, we were super pumped, to say the least.

Jeremy Lusk and Jimmy Fitzpatrick came out to huck the ramp-to-ramp, while Deegan and Faisst were on hand to shovel dirt and sign some autographs. Here are some photos from the event, and you can find a whole lot more in the photo gallery!

The fire department helped out a ton and watered down the dusty run-in…it was getting like Desert Storm out there!

Deegan was on broom duty making sure the run-in was dialed.

The Metal Mulisha is heading out to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar this Saturday to put on an FMX demo and autograph signing for the Troops! Jeremy Lusk, Jimmy Fitzpatrick and Jonny Ebenal will be on hand and going nuts over the Rockstar/Metal Mulisha ramp-to-ramp, and Mulisha General Brian Deegan will be out there on the mic, hanging out and signing autographs.

It all kicks off this Saturday, November 3rd at 12:00PM (1200 hours) in front of the Miramar Exchange Store. Sorry civilians, but this is open to Military personnel, friends and family only…basically if you can get on the base you are invited! See ya there!
