This year’s Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Tour has straight up kicked ass, and if you made it out to one of the tour stops you know what we mean! Metal Mulisha stormed the coast of Florida over the weekend on the final leg of the tour!
The weather in Tampa Bay put a hold on the FMX demos, but the bands pushed through and the fans continued to battle it out in the mosh pits!
From there the bus moved over to West Palm, where the boys geared up and put on one hell of a show for all the Mayhem Fans. Not only was the Rockstar Metal Mulisha FMX team going huge, Fieldy from Korn, Five Finger Death Punch, and other bands where showing some love on stage in Derek Galand’s signature “G-LAND” Mulisha tee! Pretty sick…

Just a couple weeks after getting back on his FMX bike after recovering from a life-threatening crash in Baja in November, Jeff “Ox” Kargola is back on his Factory JCR Honda 450x and getting ready to go race the Baja 250 two weekends from now. That’s right, Ox is unfazed and going back to San Felipe where he was life flighted out just a few months ago, and is racing for the win on the Open Pro class. Good luck Ox, you’re gnarly!
Check the video of Ox throwing around his tank of a CRF450x like it’s a CRF50 at Pala Raceway!
NASCAR was going off this Saturday and Sunday! Wes Agee, Nixey Danielson, and Jeff “Ox” Kargola came down and hit ramp to ramp for all the NASCAR fans! All three show both days where packed and this was Ox’s first appearance riding ramp to ramp since his crash in Baja Mexico back in November of 2009. It is official; Josh Grant joins the Metal Mulisha Family! JG has been on the program for a while, but conflicting sponsors didn’t allow him to rock M/M at races. Now he’s officially dialed in and you will see JG kicking ass while rocking M/M at Supercross!
Grant came down to MM HQ yesterday and was pumped to officially seal the deal after being released from the hospital. He was warming up during a practice session on Tuesday, killing the track times and blasting through the whoops, but unfortunately had a huge crash in the whoops! Luckily Grant is a tough SOB and will do all he can to ride at A1! Check out his video interview…
Be sure to tune in this Saturday January 9th to watch Grant race the 2010 AMA Supercross Championship at Angel Stadium LIVE on SPEED/CBS. Here is the SPEED/CBS TV schedule.
Twitch made his first appearance in short course off road racing in the SuperLite class last weekend. Twitch and his Rockstar/Metal Mulisha SuperLite truck #88 was up against a seasoned SuperLite field trying for a $20,000 purse with $10,000 going to the top spot. Twitch qualified 6th on Saturday, which put him in the Pole starting position for Sunday’s race. In his first race ever, Twitch held his ground and was in the top 3 for most of the race! Unfortunately some mechanical issues ended his race, but he wa pumped and we can guarantee Twitch will be back in a truck and battling real soon!
Deegan was also at the track qualifying and getting some fast times in his #38 truck for the race on Sunday. Deegan was kicking ass during Sunday’s race, passing some of the best guys in the game, slowing down for mechanical issues, them passing them again! But the mechanical issues got the best of him and he wasn’t able to finish.
Even though they didn’t finish, they were up front and battling fools…this is just a preview of the Rockstar/Metal Mulisha team domination in 2010!
