Metal Mulisha is happy to announce its newest member to the family, starting last weekend at the Monster Cup in Las Vegas. Supercross/Motocross rider Andrew Pierce from Huffman, TX will be the first in a long line of amateur stars to join the Mulisha squad.
The 15-year-old Pierce has been a fixture on the amateur motocross series these last few years, dominating the Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National Motocross Championships since 2008, when he placed 1st overall in 65 Modified (ages 7-11) and 3rd overall in 65 Stock (10-11). At the recent 2011 championships, he placed 5th overall in Super Mini (12-15) and 3rd overall in 85 Stock (12-14). Pierce qualified for the Monster Cup by finishing in the top 15 of the Super Mini class at this year’s national championships.
“Joining the Mulisha team is really a dream come true for me, I’ve been following these guys since I first got onto a dirtbike as a kid in Texas,” said Pierce. “Putting on the Mulisha logo this weekend will be a great feeling and I plan earn my Mulisha stripes in Vegas.”
You can check out his bio soon on our team page. Watch for Pierce and his new Mulisha skull logos next month, November 23-26, at the 40th Annual Thor Winter National Olympics in Alachua, Fla.
Andrew, we are so proud of your accomplishments. It’s about time someone took notice of your sik skills as a racer. You are an unbelievable rider and one of my favorite to watch race. Second only to your teacher, Vernon V Mac McKiddie.
