After a weekend spent battling both wind and rain for the qualifying rounds of dirt, the finals went off without a hitch, and the crowd of faithful fans was treated to a wild competition as 12 of the world’s best descended on the dirt ramps at the Nike 6.0 BMX Open – Dew Tour 2010
Brandon Dosch’s double tailwhip, opposite 360 lookback and 720 impressed the judges, who gave him two scores in the 90s. With his own cheering section making the drive down from Michigan, Dosch’s final run included a triple tailwhip and a pair of double tailwhips but was also cut short, and Dosch secured second place for the evening.
