We got a new video from ESPN meeting up with Brian Deegan, Todd Potter, Jeremy Stenberg and Ryan Hagy at the Metal Mulisha Compound during a typical riding session. After hitting the ramp they move the session over to the hip jump that’s carved out of the main landing. Check it out!

Five months after his double back flip crash in Madrid, Cam Sinclair is recovering and his progress is nothing short of inspirational. Cam is working harder than ever to make 2010 his best year yet. Here is his most recent video update that was just sent out to us at the Mulisha Compound.

On December 28th, 2009 at 8:00ET/PT, Fuel TV’s Meet & Brotatoes will be airing the AFMXA 2009 Freestyle Awards several times over the next month. The event and awards ceremony was held at Pala Raceway and Casino in Pala, California earlier this year on November 7th. Some of the categories included are: Best Riding Part in a Video, Best Spread in a Magazine, Biggest Slam, Unsung Hero Award, and the Lusk Legacy Rider of the Year award which honors the unique riders of this insane sport. Nominees included Blake Williams, Jeremy Lusk, Todd Potter, Brian Deegan, and Travis Pastrana.

Twitch made his first appearance in short course off road racing in the SuperLite class last weekend. Twitch and his Rockstar/Metal Mulisha SuperLite truck #88 was up against a seasoned SuperLite field trying for a $20,000 purse with $10,000 going to the top spot. Twitch qualified 6th on Saturday, which put him in the Pole starting position for Sunday’s race. In his first race ever, Twitch held his ground and was in the top 3 for most of the race! Unfortunately some mechanical issues ended his race, but he wa pumped and we can guarantee Twitch will be back in a truck and battling real soon!

Deegan was also at the track qualifying and getting some fast times in his #38 truck for the race on Sunday. Deegan was kicking ass during Sunday’s race, passing some of the best guys in the game, slowing down for mechanical issues, them passing them again! But the mechanical issues got the best of him and he wasn’t able to finish.

Even though they didn’t finish, they were up front and battling fools…this is just a preview of the Rockstar/Metal Mulisha team domination in 2010!

Gilbert Melendez wanted the Strickforce Championship Title back and took out former training partner Josh Thomson over the weekend. With little over a minute left Melendez threw some heavy hits on Thompson which won Melendez the match with a unanimous decision. Melendez is the new Strikeforce World Champion, Congratulations! Check out the video!
