ive grown up watchin the MM boys push the limits of my fav. sport. Watchin him ride on many videos, and win many metals has brought me closer to the sport i love. i have 2 brothers..and i hope to never feel wat the rest of MM is feelin. RIP jeremy!!! i hope this pushes his metal mulisha brothers to higher fmx heights and accomplishments, in his honor.

Hey, im from Norway.. i read about the tragic accident in the paper, rip jeremy, alot of people around here feeles sorry for the accident.
We met Lusk at the Dew tour in Salt Lake back in 07. He was so nice, and even ended up signing and giving me his Rockstar hat. It now hangs on the wall of our house with pictures. We heard the news of Lusk’s passing as my husbabd was sitting in a hospital bed after breaking his femur during a motocross race. He took the news with a very heavy heart! Our thoughts and prayers go out to Lauren and the rest of the Lusk family! May God bless and peace be with your family!

Rest in Paradise! I’m so sorry to hear this news, I just found out today. I was lucky enough to have met and hung out with Jeremy during some of the BMX finals at the X-games. He was a great guy and very down to earth, if anyone can see any positive from this I think it would be that there is a New Angel watching over us.

De todo corazon le pedi a Dios que no te murieras,desde el primer momento en que te vi caer intente bajar a Dios con mis Plegarias, cuando moristes crei que Dios no me habia escuchado y me preguntaba porque? si yo nunca te pido nada y de lo poco que le pedia estaba que te dejara vivir jeremy, pero despues en un sueño que tuve Dios me mostro que desde antes de que te calleras el te tenia abrasado, el viajo contigo en esa ambulancia que te llevaba al hospital, el estuvo contigo en esa operacion, el estuvo contigo mientras estabas en coma inducida y el estuvo contigo cuando moristes y el te llevo alzado hasta el cielo a enseñarte tu nueva casa en donde todos te esperaban con los brasos abiertos. Perderte aqui en la tierra va ser un golpe muy duro pero se que alla en el cielo estas mucho mejor y en espera de que algun dia tu familia se una contigo. Te extrañaremos y aqui en Costa Rica todos estamos con tu familia para que superen este trago amargo que pasan y tu tranquilo alla arriba.

My condolences and prayers go out to the family and friends of Jeremy Lusk Freestyle Motorcross 2008 World Champion who died after being hospitalized in Costa Rica after an stunt motocross accident where he landed headfirst in a Hart Attack Backflip. A sad and tragic loss of a brave warrior.
Jeremy was a stand up guy, real-people and down to earth as it gets when I had the honor to meet him and his teamates on the Metal Mulisha team in Pomona at the LG Freestyle Motorcross World Championship 2007. Jeremy Lusk was a 22 year old new rising star on the Metal Mulisha team at the time. Jeremy Lusk and I took a few photos in front of his trailer, which was really a kick-ass Rock Star Energy Drink tourbus. I also remembered the Guava flavored Rock Star Energy Juice Drink which I was introduced to that day at catering. I would think of Jeremy Lusk everytime I had one after that. It was great to see the success he had in the year that followed, being #1 in his sport. I performed with Andy Walo, Mitch Perry, Roger Bueno and Michael Leasure at the LG Freestyle Motorcross World Championship 2007 event on the final day of LA County Fair 2007 at Pomona Fairgrounds. I will always remember Jeremy Lusk as a real authentic person who pushed all limits. I will miss getting the chance to meet up with him again at another great event like that. I am thankful that our paths crossed and was blown away that he appreciated what I did too. Jeremy Lusk you will always be IMMORTAL!!!! and without FEAR!!!!
