Twitch, Seth and Trigger will all be on the Daily Habit this week! Actually, Seth was on yesterday and we didn’t know to post it since it was Memorial Day, but luckily his show re-airs today at 12:00am ET, 8:30am ET, and 3:00pm ET.

Twitch is on today, Tuesday, and Trigger will be on Wednesday. All will be interviewed by our favorite Pat Parnell replacement announcer, Cameron Steele, so it should be a good time! Don’t miss any of ‘em!

Here’s a little update from Jeff the Oxecutioner Kargola…which means he is still alive.

It was supposed to be just a quick trip to Kansas City to ride a show for the Freestylemx.com Tour; unfortunately, though, there is a BUT! Yep, I had just got geared up and took a run at the ramp and, well, it only took one to end my day. I went a little on the long side, landing at the base of the landing right where the landing ramp meets pavement. Now, in a normal situation it would have been a rough landing, and I could have shaken it off, regrouped, and got the show on the road. But this time my front wheel decided to explode–breaking spokes and cracking the wheel–which sent me head first to the ground and on to the hospital shortly after just to get checked out. Fortunately for me no broken bones, just a bruised ego and a nasty headache! Back to practice, dew is right around the corner…

Just getting ready for another demo…

Ouch, shoulda tightened those spokes…

“Jeff, how many fingers am I holding up?”

Brian Deegan CORR

Brian Deegan CORRDeegan was out at State Line, Primm, NV over the weekend suffering through the triple digit heat and battling it out in the CORR Lites Class! Deegan improved a ton since his debut weekend in Pomona where he finished 16th and 14th in his first two races. This weekend in Primm he posted two top 10 finishes in only his 3rd and 4th ever races!

On Saturday Deegan met and exceeded his goal of a top 10 finish! After a disappointing qualifying in 23rd, Deegan busted out the hair clippers and shaved a Mohawk in hopes of bringing back that pissed-off attitude he’s infamous for in the main event. Apparently what was just what the barber ordered–Deegan overcame that 23 starting position and battled through the pack for a hard-fought 6th place finish! On Sunday Deegan qualified 11th and finished the main event in 9th…two top 10 finishes in his second weekend of racing! After these strong results Deegan sits 9th in the CORR Lite overall points standings. “Each time I get onto the track I feel like I am learning and improving,” said Deegan. “This week I broke into the top 10 and next time out I’m hoping to make top 5.”

Here’s an update from Fluffer on the Journeys tour:

Speedo
The past two weeks myself (Fluffer) and Derek Garland have been on the Journeys BBQ Tour. The tour is 5 weeks long and we have made it through the first two stops. The events are crazy as there are thousands of kids going nuts all throughout the long day of demos…they are making us work over time on this one. So the first stop was in Dallas and was co-sponsored buy etnies, so they flew out Todd Potter to look as pretty as he can while signing autographs…what a rock star he doesn’t even have to ride anymore! They also brought out their mini-celeb Ryan Sheckler to put on a show of his on on the mini ramp. Sheckler asked me for some MM stickers at diner the night before the event so I gave him a stack and he ran them all weekend (so for all of you Sheck haters we got his back).

Now to Denver, again the lot was packed with fans but this time there was an awkward moment of silence. Yes, Shane Trittler, event guy/announcer, had a few two many brews and got into an extra small speedo to announce the last show of the day half naked. It was a little weird taking a run up to the ramp and seeing a but-ass-white dude standing there with a long black object next to him mouth. Well anyway, as always Garland rode insane and I threw some nac nacs and did OK. HaHa -Fluffer
