We’ve been getting tons of emails asking if stuff will be shipped in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, it is too late and anything ordered from Wednesday on probably wont make it before Santa does. The online store is still a good place to get some of the latest stuff. Well i’ve tried calling and sending an e-mail but you guys havent said
anything back…
but i ordered two shirts on the 17th i think
and i only got one…
and they only charged my credit card for one, and
i checked my order status on here and it says i ordered 2??
So if you could, help me out and e-mail me or something!

Oh i messed up, sorry i ordered them on the 12th so
i dont kno why i only got one??
You guys have an awesome site and a great on-line store . The only
problem is your customer service could really use some work. We
ordered 6 items from your store first. We tried and tried to find out the status
of our order by email but knowone would ever respond back. Then when our order
finally did arrive there was only three items shipped. Next we tried to respnd to you asking of the other three
items an thier status, still you guys seem to not like to respond back to your customers.
So I finally got a phone # from your site and on the third try I finally got to talk to someone. When we asked
about the remaining three items the person told us the items we ordered were sold out and would not be shipped. Next time why dont you notify your customers and tell them if items are sold out. I waited for a week and a half for absolutely nothing!!!
Hey guys, we’re trying to clear the winter season out of the warehouse and products are flying out the door faster than the system can keep up. That’s why sometimes you’ll order something, but by the time we pull it it’s out of stock. You’re credit cards wont be charged for anything not shipped. As for the customer service, all I can say is that the Holiday season is crazy and the few people that we have for customer service are trying their best! Sorry if this caused you any problems, but rest assured, we’re working to resolve these issues for the near future. Thanks!
