Hey lads,
Well, the recovery is going well seeing just 4 weeks ago Apple (Mulisha TM) caused me to break my leg… Jokes. But seriously, where was your black vest.JJJ
Anyway the leg is coming along really fast, I’m exercising twice a day 5 days a week and this week I started doing squats. So my training consists of cycling, swimming, core stability, concentration and bone healing therapy with various machines.
I have an awesome team of specialists working with me everyday at the Red Bull Training Center, including one of the worlds leading sports doctors, physiotherapist, sports psychologist, personal trainer, sports medics and a building full of diagnostic and rehabilitation equipment. So everyday is an intense overhaul and everyday there is amazing results. This weekend I’m off to the Moto GP in the Netherlands then I’ll be back in LA for the ESPY awards on July 11th.
